To confirm and lock-in your reservation requires ALL of the following:

1.  50% non-refundable down payment of the hunt fee (per person), paid by cash, check, or credit card (MC, VISA, Discover)

 2. Submission of a completed “Hunter Profile” for each hunter

 3. Submission of a signed "Liability Waiver" and "Hunt Contract" for each hunter

**Hunter Profile, Liability Waiver, and Hunt Contract will be provided to guest at time of reservation**

                                Note: final 50% of hunt fee is due prior to your hunt per contract terms

Cancellations & Re-Booking:  In the event a cancellation is made less than 3 weeks before your hunt, the 50% non-refundable down payment is forfeited.  If cancellation is made 3 weeks, or more, before your hunt, the 50% non-refundable down payment will be retained by MissouriPrimeHunts.US and can be applied to an available future hunt date.

Note: MissouriPrimeHunts.US reserves the right to refuse to accept a down payment from and/or host any person or persons for any reason it deems appropriate.

Tentative reservations are recommended to be made via an initial phone call or email in order to confirm availability of your preferred hunt dates.
